Our offerings consist exclusively of holiday packages, which are services rather than physical products. Please review the terms below regarding cancellations and refunds:

Cancellation and Refund Terms

  • Eligibility for Cancellation:

    • Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the scheduled travel date.
    • For bookings made within 7 days of travel, cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

  • Refund Process:

    • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the cancellation date.
    • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for booking.

  • Non-Refundable Conditions:

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the travel date are non-refundable.
    • Any partially used services (e.g., midway cancellation of a tour) are non-refundable.

  • Service Modifications:

    • Changes to the package (e.g., rescheduling) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
